What were we thinking?

My brother recently competed in the Ironman in Madison, WI. We designed T-shirts and a banner. There were 18 of us and we were highly visable - a great tool when your Ironman athelete comes whizzing by you at 40MPH.
How'd we do it?

Design used a 2 color screen process.
